SharePoint Integration

The content template solution provides options to upload generated documents into SharePoint folders. SharePoint folder hierarchies are configured in a custom table named SharePoint Folder Configuration, and each template document can be configured for specific folders and sites within those hierarchies according to their category

When uploading documents to SharePoint, the solution processes create necessary folders or document libraries based on configured folder structures, and also create Document Location records to keep in line with native SharePoint integration features

Custom workflow actions are also included in the solution to enable re-use of the integration features in other custom automation scenarios
