The separated strings rollup type populates values from multiple related records into a string column. This allows for instance multiple related records to be populated into a column as a comma separated list
For a separated strings rollup, in the first section calculation type of rollup must be entered along with separated strings as the rollup type. As usual the table and column to populate are also entered
This example below populates a column in the job position table listing names of all related job responsibilities

The next section has related table and relevant column information entered. For this example, the related table new_jobresponsibility links to the main table with a lookup column named new_jobposition, and the primary field in that table new_name is the one which will be populated into the rollup column

In the next section the remaining required information is entered to specify what separator to use in the string between each related record. This example just separates using a comma with no spacing

To demonstrate the example here we have a job position with 3 responsibilities

The responsibilities column can be seen here populated with the responsibility list
